About Dr. Rebecca Whitney

Born and raised in Guelph, Dr. Whitney is dedicated to providing the best chiropractic care to members of this community. Chiropractic is health to Dr. Whitney – she took over her father’s practice in 1985 – a practice that has a 25 year history in this city. Many of her father’s patients still come to her as well as their children and grandchildren too! Dr. Whitney uses a variety of techniques including Thomson, activator and some manual adjusting.

Dr. Whitney’s greatest achievement was to build a large family oriented practice and this beautiful clinic for them to come to for their care. Dr. Whitney’s sister, also a chiropractor, joined the Wellington Chiropractic Group in 2010. Chiropractic is truly a way of life for the Whitney family.

About Dr. Michelle Whitney

Dr. Whitney has been a practitioner of family chiropractic care in Guelph since graduating from CMCC in 1991. She acquired a passion for the art, science and philosophy of chiropractic by working closely with her father, the legendary Dr. John Whitney.

The cornerstone of chiropractic care is the understanding that the body has an innate, inborn intelligence and can heal itself. When the innate is blocked by vertebral subluxation, this intelligence is diminished. Chiropractic adjustments remove the interference so that 100% of life expression is restored.

Dr. Whitney has been trained and is proficient in many adjusting techniques. Through her extensive experience she is able to determine how best to deliver the adjustment in order to get the best possible results.
