Sandra Harrison has 10+ years of experience working as a Registered Psychotherapist. She has a MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph.

Sandra endeavors to create a safe, accepting space for clients to discover their authentic self and flourish in their lives. She honors clients’ life experiences and believes that the client is the expert in their own life. Sandra collaborates with clients on their journey towards wholeness and healing. Emma Harrison, MA, RP

Emma Harrison has 4+ years of experience working as a Registered Psychotherapist. She has a MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a BFA in Fine Art from the Ontario College of Art and Design.

Emma’s approach is warm and down-to-earth, with a focus on understanding the whole person and the complex emotions they may be experiencing. She honours and emphasizes curiosity, acceptance, and resilience, while also providing structured tools and strategies tailored to each person’s unique goals. Whether clients are facing stress, mood challenges, family conflict, or navigating major life transitions, she aims to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where growth feels possible.
