About Mary Anne Patterson, Registered Massage Therapist
As a Registered Massage Therapist, Mary Anne Patterson is a Regulated Health Professional highly trained in a variety of subjects, such as: neuroanatomy, physiology, clinical anatomy, pathophysiology, remedial exercise, hydrotherapy, orthopedic assessment, stress management, nutrition, and complimentary therapies. To become regulated in Ontario, each R.M.T. must complete 2200 hours of education (e.g. 3 years of college) and pass the registration exams hosted by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
An experienced athlete, Mary Anne has learned the value of teamwork and a good sense of humour to make things run more smoothly. She also has a passion for gardening, nature, and enjoys creating edible gardens that provide wholesome nutrition.
Prior to studying Massage Therapy, Mary Anne studied Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and traveled to many Eco-retreats worldwide with the WWOOFING (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) program where she enjoyed helping with the gardens and learning healthy lifestyle skills.
Mary Anne has created an Ecologically Friendly Massage Therapy Practice to help facilitate the healing of her patients and to also honour what she values most, which is health and wellness for our planet and all it’s inhabitants.

- Sheets are unbleached cotton, bought and made locally in Guelph
- Eco-friendly laundry detergent is used for its hypo-allergenic, non-irritating and non-polluting qualities
- Treatment room was painted with water-based, low V.O.C. paint
- All-natural botanical disinfectant used has been approved by Health Canada
- Organic coconut oil used for safe absorption through the skin
- All treatment forms printed on recycled paper
- Recycled tissue (the clean type:)

About Tricia Brubacher, Registered Massage Therapist
Tricia Brubacher RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2003; is a Regulated Health Professional by becoming licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and has 2200 hours of training in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Nutrition, Hydrotherapy, Remedial Exercise, Ethics and Law, Pathological Treatments, Assessments, Business Management, Massage Theory, and Clinical Practicum.
Tricia is also trained as a Reflexology practitioner from the Haelen School for the Creative & Healing Arts. Reflexology is a stress-reduction technique that uses pressure point massage on the feet. Based on the premise that there are reflex points in the feet that relate to the rest of the body, these points are stimulated to help the body heal itself.
In her treatment-focused practice, Tricia creates a safe, healing space for optimum stress-reduction. To create a healthy treatment environment she doesn’t use chemicals or perfumes, and does offer the option of Essential Oils.
Tricia has a passion for music, animals, nature, family, and community – building.

About Abby Arts, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), B.A. Kin.
Abby Arts is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), recognized as a Health Care Professional through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and has also achieved a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University. Her five years of post secondary education in Applied Health Science provides her with an abundance of knowledge about the body’s anatomy, and the fascinating way in which the body’s systems are interconnected.
As a youth Abby attended physiotherapy to rehabilitate sports injuries and from there, decided she wanted to work in the Health Care profession to assist others with injury prevention and recovery. As an RMT she is able to help client’s pursue a healthier, well-balanced lifestyle that allows them to continue doing the jobs, activities and hobbies they love by eliminating physical and emotional stressors.
As an RMT and member of the Health Care profession Abby seeks to deliver the best quality massage, customized to suit the individual needs of every client, throughout every treatment. Her extensive education, knowledge and hands-on experience, provides her with the ability to assess and develop a treatment plan for a variety of health concerns ranging from; chronic or acute injury, muscle tension, pain or discomfort, headaches and migraines, repetitive movement strains, neurological conditions, varying physical abilities, physical and emotional stressors, pre- and post-natal massage (pregnancy), and general relaxation. About Janet Alilovic, Registered Massage Therapist
Currently accepting new clients, Janet Alilovic has been actively providing Therapeutic Massage for 16 years and offers treatment-oriented therapy with a focus on assessment, Trigger Point release, fascial release, postural awareness and sport-specific massage. Janet provides care for chronic pain, sprains and strains, pre-natal, headaches, jaw problems, as well as neuromuscular release for stress/anxiety tension.
She has taken Continuing Education Units on: Muscle Energy release, Strain-Counterstrain therapy, Deep Tissue, 3 levels of TMJ (jaw) massage, Low Level Laser Therapy, Sound Healing, advanced golf massage, Joint Mobilisation as well as Postural Assessment. She also values the restorative benefits of an excellent relaxation massage.
A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto (2001), she has since practiced in Ontario and abroad, as well as instructed massage in the community and at the college level. She is currently enrolled in her 3rd year of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

David is a dually-licensed Practitioner who graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto with a Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2005. His passion for ongoing learning and development led David to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture. He then graduated from a 2000 hour Traditional Acupuncture Program at the Shiatsu School of Canada in Toronto with High Honours in early 2014. David subsequently became a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario which now formally governs the recently regulated profession.
David also completed additional training in Advanced Cosmetic Acupuncture and TCM Beauty studying under renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Aesthetician Fong Wang, R.TCMP, who has been featured on CTV and CBC TV, as well as in several highly reputable magazines.
